The Sifetu_Selat app teaches the precise method of performing Selah (prayer) as directed by the Prophet (peace be upon him). This app is based on the book formally written by Mohammed Nasirudin Alalbany. We faithfully present his original Arabic text, augmented with Amharic translations to reach a wider audience of Ethiopian Muslims. We are not Islamic scholars and lack expertise on the order of practices for Ethiopian Muslims. We welcome assistance from anyone who can provide accurate translated materials to ensure the app accurately reflects Ethiopian Muslim practices. We are happy to incorporate these translations at no cost.
