Dexcom G6

The Dexcom G6 and G6 Pro Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Systems offer real-time glucose readings every five minutes for individuals with type 1 or type 2 diabetes (ages 2 and up). These systems eliminate the need for fingerstick calibrations* and provide crucial alerts based on glucose levels, aiding in diabetes management decisions.

Key features include personalized trend alerts displayed on your smart device, notifying you of high or low glucose excursions. The Alert Schedule** allows customization of alert settings, such as different parameters for work hours versus leisure time. Customizable alert sounds, including a vibrate-only option, are available, except for the non-silencable Urgent Low Alarm.

The Always Sound feature ensures critical alerts (including Urgent Low, Low, High, Urgent Low Soon, and rate-of-change alerts**) are received even with phone sound off, vibrate only, or Do Not Disturb enabled. A home screen icon clearly indicates alert status. Safety features prevent silencing of the Urgent Low Alarm, Transmitter Failed, Sensor Failed, and App Stopped alerts.

Additional features include:

• Real-time data sharing: Share your glucose data with up to ten followers via the Dexcom Follow** app (requires internet connection).
• Health Connect integration: Share retrospective glucose data with compatible third-party apps.
• Quick Glance: View glucose data directly on your smart device's lock screen.
• Wear OS Integration: Receive alerts and alarms on your Wear OS watch.
