When using the app alongside the same sensor scanner, keep in mind that signals can be sent either to the FreeStyle Libre 2 scanner or to your phone, but not to both simultaneously. To receive signals on your phone, you must launch the sensor through the app. Conversely, to use the FreeStyle Libre 2 scanner, you need to activate the sensor with the scanner. If you start the sensor using the scanner, you can still scan it with your phone later.

It's important to note that the app and scanner do not communicate with each other. To ensure you have complete data, you should scan the sensor with your chosen device every 8 hours.
