The Iași Bilet app simplifies your public transport experience in Iași. This travel portal, offered by the Iași Public Transport Company, provides a comprehensive suite of tools to make your journey smoother and more efficient.

Purchase tickets conveniently using your bank card, plan optimal routes, and track buses and trams in real-time on an interactive map. After creating an account and linking a transport card, you can easily top up your card balance online, purchase subscriptions, or extend existing ones. Manage multiple cards from a single account and view a detailed transaction history.
Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles directly within the app, submitting necessary documents for approval. Once approved, you can purchase discounted or free tickets. Businesses partnered with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the app or web portal.
Receive notifications on your device or via email regarding upcoming expiration dates, purchases, and other relevant card actions. Plan your journey by selecting your starting point (current location or a custom location) and destination (address, point of interest, station, or map pin). Save frequently used locations for quicker access.
The app provides real-time information on vehicle locations, arrival times at stations, and estimated travel times, including route changes. View complete or partial line routes on the map, save favorite lines and receive alerts about potential service disruptions. Search for lines, view real-time vehicle locations, and check arrival times at specific stations (including the next three arrivals for each line).
Locate nearby ticket sales points on the map and view their operating hours. The app supports Romanian and English languages.
