The update's centerpiece is the S-Grade Modifier, Verthandi (Dimglare – Verthandi), a light-attribute melee character boasting three distinct combat styles. Players can adapt her fighting approach to suit their preferred strategy: defensive counterattacks, high-damage burst attacks, or sustained DPS through rapid-fire skills. Verthandi's compelling backstory, revealed through hyperspace experiments, adds depth to her character.

"Echoes on the Way Back" introduces new Ultimate Skillchains: Light the Path: Phantasmal Dawn (Hera & Verthandi) and Thunder in the Hills: Roaring Thunder (Thor & Shu). A new Sigil, Cycle of Time, offers significant boosts. Equipping a 3-set grants ATK increases, Mod Index Multiplier enhancements, and Crit DMG buffs (with a 200% multiplier). The 5-star Functor, Elf – Geironul, further optimizes Verthandi's damage output.
