The legendary strategy series, *Age of Empires Mobile*, is expanding its universe with the introduction of the new Mercenaries System. This innovative feature empowers players with greater control and enhanced power over their armies, revolutionizing their strategic gameplay experience.

At Level 26, players gain access to the Mercenary Camp, enabling them to enlist and recruit elite mercenary units. These mercenaries come with their own unique technologies, which players can unlock and upgrade, adding an exclusive layer of strength to these formidable warriors.

Each mercenary group boasts a unique set of special skills, enhancing the army's capabilities:

Byzantine Cataphract:

• Increase the damage of all hero skills of the army by [2%]
• After the troops inflict skill damage, all damage received by our troops is reduced by [3.5%] for [3] seconds

Swiss Pikeman:

• Increase the probability of triggering the hero’s pursuit/active skills of all troops by [1%]
• Reduce all damage received by troops by [2%]

Korean Archer:

• Increase the probability of triggering the hero’s pursuit/active skills of all troops by [1%]
• Reduce all damage received by troops by [2%]

Players can embark on their mercenary journey by securing their first Mercenaries for free through a special event, currently live alongside the system launch.
