April 2025 PlayStation Plus Games Unveiled

Sony has unveiled an exciting trio of PlayStation Plus Essential titles for April 2025: RoboCop: Rogue City (PS5), The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (PS4, PS5), and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory (PS4). These games were announced in a recent PlayStation.Blog post and will be available to subscribers starting April 1, remaining accessible until the next set of games is released on May 5.

PlayStation Plus members can look forward to a diverse selection of games this month. RoboCop: Rogue City, developed by Teyon and Nacon, is a standout title that immerses players in the role of Alex Murphy as he battles to save Detroit from crime. The game received a significant update in January of the previous year, introducing a much-requested New Game Plus mode. For those seeking a thrilling multiplayer experience, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre by Sumo Digital and Gun Media offers an asymmetrical horror game where players can either survive or become part of the infamous Slaughter Family. Our initial review gave it a 6/10, noting its intense gameplay despite some technical challenges.

Rounding out the lineup, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory from Bandai Namco provides a more relaxed pace with its turn-based gameplay. This 2018 release expands the digital world with over 320 Digimon to collect, offering a fresh perspective on the original Cyber Sleuth story.

As these titles become available next week, players should not forget to download the March 2025 titles, which include Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Sonic Colors: Ultimate, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection, before they are no longer available after March 31.
