Believe it or not, Blizzard is celebrating three decades of Warcraft with a crossover event in the unlikely setting of Candy Crush Saga! From November 22nd to December 6th, players can choose between Orcs and Humans in a series of team-based challenges.

This unexpected collaboration sees the iconic Warcraft factions battling it out in King's popular match-3 game. Players will select a side – Team Tiffi (Humans) or Team Yeti (Orcs) – and compete in a tournament-style event featuring qualifiers, knockouts, and a final showdown. The grand prize? A hefty 200 in-game gold bars!

This partnership is certainly surprising, but perhaps not entirely unexpected given the immense popularity of both Warcraft and Candy Crush, and their shared connection within the gaming industry. This crossover highlights Warcraft's broad appeal, reaching beyond its core fanbase.
