Clash of Clans to Remove Troop Training Times in Major Update

Clash of Clans, a stalwart in the mobile gaming world, is poised to undergo a significant transformation that promises to redefine the gameplay experience. The game is set to eliminate troop training times entirely, allowing players to deploy their armies almost instantly and dive into battles faster than ever before. This move is set to revolutionize the strategic dynamics of the game, making it more accessible and fast-paced.

This change follows Supercell's decision in 2022 to remove training costs, marking another step in the game's modernization journey. Loyal players have been witnessing gradual updates over the years, and this latest overhaul is poised to be one of the most impactful yet. As troop, spell, and siege unit training times are phased out, the game is set to become even more engaging and responsive to player needs.

However, with this significant update, players need to be aware of changes to Training Potions and Training Treats. As of today, these items will no longer be available through in-app purchases or chest rewards. They can still be obtained from the Trader and Gold Pass temporarily, but it's crucial to use them before the end of the month, as they will be converted to Gems.

To help players adapt to this new change, Supercell is introducing a feature called "Match Anytime." This mechanic allows you to attack a snapshot of another player's base if no real opponents are available, ensuring you can still earn rewards without impacting the player whose base is used. This system, already familiar in Clan Wars and Legend League attacks, will now be a standard feature.
