Clash Royale Is Celebrating Its 9th Birthday with Tons of Challenges and a New Evolution!

Clash Royale is gearing up for an epic 9th birthday bash at the Arena! This special 9th birthday season is packed with exciting new challenges, a thrilling Evolution, and plenty of free chests for all players to enjoy.

Grab Your Decks Because the Hunter Just Got an Upgrade!

The star of the show this season is the Hunter, who's receiving a game-changing upgrade that will transform how he dominates the battlefield. The Hunter's Evolution now features a Net that ensnares the closest enemy troop, immobilizing them and preventing any attacks. If the trapped troop is airborne, it's pulled down to the ground, making it susceptible to ground attacks. This makes the Hunter Evolution a fantastic tool for countering enemy advances or bolstering your win-condition troops, such as the Royal Giant.

However, every card has its weaknesses. The Ice Spirit or Ice Golem can throw a wrench in Hunter's plans before he can deploy his Net. So, steer clear of these frosty foes, and may the odds be ever in your favor!

The Clash Royale 9th Birthday Season is Filled with Events and Challenges

The season is brimming with a variety of events. From March 3rd to 10th, the Hunter Evolution Draft allows you to craft decks featuring Card Evolutions. Then, from March 10th to 17th, the Evolutions Mayhem event lets you include up to four Evolution Cards in your deck.

Following that, the Champion Triple Draft kicks off on March 17th and lasts until March 24th, offering a strategic draft-based battle format. From March 24th to 31st, the Mirror, Mirror challenge levels the playing field by providing both players with identical decks.

The Evolutions Mayhem event makes a comeback from March 31st to April 7th, this time allowing up to eight Evolution Cards for even more impact. Each of these challenges comes with its own set of rewards, including Banner Frames, Banner Decorations, and Season Tokens.

And because it's Clash Royale's birthday, the Supercell Store is handing out free gifts. Players in Arena 2-10 can claim a free King’s Chest, while those in Arena 11 and above will receive a Legendary King’s Chest.
