Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta Launches October 28 (Early Access), October 31 (General)

The October 23rd showcase revealed a cross-platform open beta for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, kicking off next week. PS Plus subscribers on PS5 enjoy a three-day head start, beginning October 28th. Open access for all platforms begins October 31st and runs until November 3rd. Pre-download starts October 27th (PS Plus) and October 30th (everyone else). Ensure you have at least 18GB of free space.

Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta: What to Expect

The open beta features character creation (with progress carrying over to the full game), a story trial (tutorial and Chatacabra fight), and a challenging Doshaguma Hunt (supports multiplayer or NPC hunters). All beta participants receive exclusive in-game rewards (Palico pendant, item pack) as downloadable content upon the full game's release on February 28, 2025.
