Understanding Ritual Altars and Encounters

Once in a Ritual map, several Altars appear. Each map features a shared random modifier impacting enemy types and mechanics. These modifiers might introduce massive rat swarms, life-draining blood pools, or other challenges.

To activate a Ritual, interact with an Altar after reviewing its modifiers. A large circle will illuminate; stay within this zone to defeat all enemies. Leaving the circle prematurely ends the event without rewards. Completing all Rituals on a map marks it as complete.

The 'An Audience With The King' currency item unlocks a fight against The King in the Mists, the Ritual Pinnacle Boss, located in The Crux Of Nothingness. Use this currency at your Realmgate on the Atlas.
