Pokémon Go Tour: Unova’s global leg will see the debuts of Black Kyurem and White Kyurem with new Adventure Effects

Maximize your Pokémon Go Tour: Unova – Global experience with Black and White Kyurem's new Adventure Effects!

Black Kyurem's Freeze Shock and White Kyurem's Ice Burn offer significant advantages during the event. Freeze Shock immobilizes wild Pokémon for easier catching, while Ice Burn slows the catch ring, improving your chances of landing Excellent Throws. Both effects last 10 minutes and are stackable up to a 2-hour duration (24-hour total).

This event introduces a new Fusion mechanic. Defeat Black or White Kyurem in five-star raids to acquire Fusion Energy. Fusing Zekrom or Reshiram with a Kyurem possessing Glaciate will replace Glaciate with Freeze Shock or Ice Burn, respectively. This change is temporary; the move reverts to Glaciate upon separation. Note that these moves cannot be learned via TMs.

Choose your path: the Black Version (Reshiram) or White Version (Zekrom) event badge. Each offers unique Special Research rewards and influences the move Kyurem learns post-raid.

The Tour Pass significantly enhances gameplay. It unlocks rewards, boosts Adventure Effects, and provides increased Catch XP with each Major Milestone. Upgrade to the Tour Pass Deluxe for extra perks, including an immediate Victini encounter, additional event encounters, an avatar item, and the Lucky Trinket – a one-time item to instantly become Lucky Friends with a chosen friend.
