"Reverse: 1999 Unveils Chinatown Showdown Update Part One"

If you've been eagerly anticipating the Hong Kong cinema-inspired "Showdown in Chinatown" update for Reverse: 1999, the wait is over! Version 2.5, part one, is now live and brings with it exciting new content, including limited and five-star characters.

In "Showdown in Chinatown," the notorious arcanist criminal Nightpiercer resurfaces in Los Angeles. Officer Liang Yue, assigned by the Vigiles Bureau, teams up with the Division of Arcane Affairs to put an end to Nightpiercer's antics once and for all.

Liang Yue, the new limited character, will be available through the "Moonbeam Guardian" Dushuo Limited Banner. Along with Liang Yue, all players can snag a free garment for the fan-favorite character Windsong. With 40 free pulls available through rewards and events, you'll have plenty of opportunities to add these top-tier characters to your roster.

In addition to new characters, "Showdown in Chinatown" introduces two new challenges: "When the Alarm Sounds" and the board game-themed "Critter Crash," both available until the 29th. These challenges offer special rewards, including Limited Portraits and a new garment.

Liang Yue's traditional Chinese-style dress isn't just for her; it's inspiring a new garment series called "Old Stories New Perspectives," available for characters like Jiu Niangzi, Tuesday, Sotheby, The Fool, and Windsong.
