In Stronghold Castles, you step into the role of the Lord or Lady of a medieval village. Your mission is to transform this humble settlement into a powerful dominion. The gameplay involves managing various aspects such as farming, mining, weapon production, and resource management.

To ensure your peasants flourish, you'll need to balance taxation and perhaps even employ some medieval persuasion techniques like torture. You have the freedom to design your castle, whether it's a wooden fortress filled with traps or a towering stone citadel.

Once your defenses are in place, dive into the adrenaline-pumping PvP battles. Command your knights, archers, and men-at-arms to conquer rival lords and plunder their resources. Your ultimate aim is to restore your Manor Hall to its former grandeur.

The game reintroduces classic enemies from the Stronghold series, including the Rat, Pig, Snake, and Wolf. Battles are fast-paced and strategic, where you can lay siege to other players' castles, pillage their resources, and use your spoils to enhance your kingdom further.
