Survive Shifting Tombs, Alter Desert

RuneScape has just released an exciting Dev's Diary for April, unveiling the latest update titled "Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly." This fresh quest is available starting today and will run until April 28th. In this quest, you'll need to brave the Shifting Tombs and alter the desert's destiny with Leela and Ozan at your side.

Here’s the Full Scoop on the Pharaoh’s Folly in RuneScape

The Kharidian desert is experiencing heightened tension as Menaphos descends into chaos. Osman's decision to betray his own people has led to the city's internal collapse. The populace is divided, and Amascut's ominous presence looms in the shadows, setting the stage for perilous challenges ahead. Surviving the Shifting Tombs is merely the beginning.

You won't be tackling this adventure alone. Leela is back in action, and you'll be joined by new allies, including some intriguing pets. Together, you'll delve into Menaphos's ancient secrets and unravel Osman's true intentions.

Heading Back into the Heat Again

Completing Pharaoh’s Folly comes with rewarding benefits. You'll earn Thieving and Agility XP, gain the prestigious title "The Rabble-Rouser," and receive a new bracelet, "Leela’s Favour." This bracelet allows teleportation to various districts of Menaphos, the Sophanem slayer dungeon, the Shifting Tombs, and all active soul obelisks.

The "Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly" quest is not for novice adventurers. You'll need a Slayer level of 87, completion of the initial quest "Beneath Scabaras’ Sands," and fulfillment of specific tasks from the "Do No Evil" quest within Phite Club. Additionally, you must have constructed the necessary structures from the Fort Forinthry storyline. Once these prerequisites are met, you can meet Leela outside Menaphos's gates and work to restore the city. If you're ready, download RuneScape from the Google Play Store and embark on this desert adventure!
