Sword of Convallaria's Night Crimson Update: New Story, Characters, and Events

XD Inc. has unleashed the Night Crimson update for its popular tactical RPG, Sword of Convallaria. Millions have already downloaded the game since its July launch, and this expansion delivers a wealth of new content, including compelling storylines, rewarding events, and innovative gameplay mechanics.

Continuing the Spiral of Destinies campaign, the update expands the Waverun City storyline with an intriguing investigative clue wall mechanic. This innovative gameplay blends detective work with tactical combat, demanding strategic choices as you unravel mysteries under the guidance of Safiyyah, the Mobile Squad's leader.

Night Crimson introduces SP Characters – alternate versions of existing characters boasting unique appearances and combat skills. SP Rawiyah arrives January 3rd, followed by SP Taair on January 17th. Unlocking these SP forms provides an exclusive SP skill, boosting the combat prowess of both the original and SP versions.

Running concurrently (starting December 20th), the Night Crimson events provide generous rewards. Complete these events to acquire Secret Fates, legendary trinkets, and exclusive avatar frames. The Waverun Tournament, commencing January 3rd, allows you to exchange event points for special items, providing a strategic advantage in battles.

This update also offers a behind-the-scenes peek. Developer messages provide insights into future plans, and a special video message features Safiyyah's Japanese voice actor. A new theme song, "Never Apart," is also included, with a Japanese version performed by Hikasa Yoko.
