WoW Offers Redemption for Forgotten Event Currency

World of Warcraft's Patch 11.1 will automatically convert leftover Bronze Celebration Tokens into Timewarped Badges. This conversion, at a rate of 1 Bronze Celebration Token to 20 Timewarped Badges, will occur upon players' first login after the patch's release.

The 20th-anniversary event, concluding on January 7th, offered players numerous Bronze Celebration Tokens used for purchasing Tier 2 sets and anniversary collectibles. Any remaining tokens will now be converted to prevent wasted in-game currency. Blizzard confirmed these tokens will not be used again.

This automatic conversion is a convenience for players who may have overlooked spending their tokens before the event's end. The conversion ratio mirrors the exchange rate available during the event itself.

While Patch 11.1 lacks an official release date, February 25th is a strong contender, following Blizzard's recent update schedule and considering the ongoing in-game events. This timing unfortunately means the conversion will likely occur after the second Turbulent Timeways event concludes. However, Timewarped Badges remain valuable for future Timewalking events, ensuring players aren't losing out on potential rewards.
