By becoming a member, you gain the ability to access and manage your account, including your profile and billing information. You can also request RFID cards and receive real-time notifications about your charging status. Should you encounter any issues, you can report them directly from the app, complete with descriptions and pictures, to our dedicated 24x7 Customer Support team.
