Royal Petrol

Royal Petrol LLP, owner of the Royal Petrol and Continent gas station networks, proudly presents its loyalty program. Designed for both existing and new customers, this program rewards purchases at Royal Petrol filling stations and Continent mini-markets with bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers tailored to member preferences.

This document outlines the program's rules and regulations.

Participants must be individuals aged 14 or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions, and possessing a valid individual identification number (IIN) as per Kazakhstani law.

Upon registration, participants complete a questionnaire providing personal information. By submitting this information, participants voluntarily consent to data processing (in accordance with the Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection"). This processing may include advertising and informational mailings via email, instant messaging, SMS, phone, post, and automated/electronic means, including database creation. This consent remains valid until withdrawn in writing.

A Virtual Card, an electronic card accessible within the Mobile Application, replaces a physical card.

The Royal Petrol Mobile Application, available for iOS and Android, is the Company's proprietary software for managing the loyalty program.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol filling stations, as detailed in the program terms. One Bonus point equals one tenge and is redeemable exclusively for purchases at Royal Petrol stations.

Each participant maintains a Bonus account, tracking accrued and redeemed Bonuses and the current balance.
