Eliminate all viruses by matching capsules of the same color.
The game features red, yellow, and blue viruses. Players guide falling capsules, moving and rotating them to align with viruses and existing capsules. Four or more horizontally or vertically adjacent capsules/viruses of the same color are removed. The goal is to clear each level by eliminating all viruses. The game ends if capsules block the bottle's neck.
Players choose the difficulty (0-20 levels) at the start of each game, influencing the number of viruses to clear. Three speed settings control capsule descent. Scoring is based solely on virus elimination, not time or capsule usage. Higher difficulty levels offer no increase in viruses to clear, but allow for higher scores. Bonus points are awarded for simultaneous eliminations of multiple viruses, but not for chain reactions. Faster speeds also increase the score.
