Carrion the Reverse Horror Game That Lets You Hunt, Consume and Evolve Drops on Mobile Soon!

Devolver Digital's impressive Android game library, boasting titles like GRIS, Reigns: Her Majesty, Downwell, and Reigns: Game of Thrones, is about to get even better. The chilling "reverse-horror" game, Carrion, is making its mobile debut on October 31st.

Initially released on PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One in July 2020, Carrion offers a unique take on the horror genre. Developed by Phobia Game Studio and published by Devolver Digital, this mobile version promises the same terrifying experience.

What Awaits in Carrion Mobile?

Become the horror itself. You control a monstrous, crimson blob, using its tentacles to slither, claw, and devour anything in its path. Instead of surviving the terror, you are the terror. This amorphous creature, trapped in a high-security Relith Science research lab, escapes its containment. After enduring experimentation and genetic manipulation, it seeks vengeance and freedom.

Your mission? Escape the facility by any means necessary, consuming scientists, security guards, and anyone else who gets in your way. Navigate vents, smash through doors, and unleash your tentacles to hunt. Carrion mobile replicates the PC version's thrilling blend of panic and destruction. As you progress, you'll unlock upgrades, allowing you to breach barriers and increase your size.

Fans of Metroidvania games will find Carrion's exploration and progression particularly appealing. The pixel art style gives the gore a surprisingly charming aesthetic.
