KonoSuba: Fantastic Days, the popular mobile RPG from Sesisoft, is set to conclude its service on January 30th, 2025. After nearly five years, both the global and Japanese servers will be simultaneously shut down. However, players can look forward to a potential offline version, currently in development, allowing them to revisit the main storyline, key quests, and events. Further details on this offline version are yet to be announced.

Refunds and In-App Purchases:

The developers are handling the shutdown responsibly. Official channels will close on February 28th, 2025, and in-app purchases were disabled on October 31st, 2024. Players can still utilize existing in-game Quartz and items until the service ends. Refunds for unused Quartz or unclaimed purchases from early 2024 are available until January 30th, 2025.

A Look Back at KonoSuba: Fantastic Days:

Initially launched in Japan in February 2020 and globally in August 2021, KonoSuba: Fantastic Days was the first mobile game adaptation of the KonoSuba franchise. The game featured an engaging storyline set in a world threatened by the Devil King’s forces, charming storytelling, and appealing visuals. Despite its positive aspects, the game shares the fate of many gacha RPGs, ultimately succumbing to challenges in maintaining player engagement or managing production costs.

With only a few months remaining, fans who haven't experienced KonoSuba: Fantastic Days are encouraged to download it from the Google Play Store before the servers close. For more gaming news, be sure to check out our article on Orna: The GPS MMORPG’s Conqueror’s Guild for PvP Battles.
